I always want to make PF Changs lettuce wraps as my meal, and this did exactly that–and probably a whole lot healthier! The more you mince the ingredients, the better it all mixes together. The cocos aminos had a delicious, and slightly sweet flavor, and I used almond oil which added a bit of a nutty taste too.
